29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical.  a)  Facility wide; On or about June 26, 2024, the employer required employees to use hazardous chemicals such as but are not limited to Germicidal Bleach and Sani Quad food sanitizer without maintaining material safety data sheets on these chemicals and substances as required by the standard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a)  Facility wide; On or about June 26, 2024, and at times prior thereto the employer required employees to use hazardous chemicals and substances including but are not limited to Germicidal Bleach and Sani Quad food sanitizer without providing information and training as required by the standard.
