29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: On or about 6/26/2024 and at times prior, at 2702 NE 30th Ave, Lighthouse Point, Florida, a cable spool was used to access and descend of a crawler crane (i.e. Link Belt, Model LS108, Serial Number 9LG20258), exposing an employee to fall and tripping hazards.
