Employees were conducting roofing operations on a multi-family residential property without the use of a fall protection system, a lack of use of eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns, using incorrectly installed multi-purpose ladders, and a lack of training documentation.  This condition exposed employees to a variety of hazards while working on site.
