29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: (a) 305 Butterfly Commons Drive, York, PA; Breakroom warehouse door - On or about June 27, 2024, the door into the breakroom from the warehouse was not marked to indicate the direction to the exterior exit through the breakroom. Employees were exposed to a fire hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): (a) 305 Butterfly Commons Drive, York, PA; office door - On or about June 27, 2024, the door into the administrative office from the warehouse did not have a sign posted indicating that it was not an exit or indicating what room the door was for. Employees were exposed to a fire hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
