29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about June 25, 2024, at the job site located at 2830 E. Emily Ave, Oak Creek, WI 53154, employees conducting tear off work on the front side of a residential roof with a 10:12 pitch, were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from roof to the ground below. (b) On or about June 25, 2024, at the job site located at 2830 E. Emily Ave, Oak Creek, WI 53154, employees conducting shingling work on the back side of a residential roof with a 4:12 pitch, were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 5/10 feet from roof to the ground below.
