29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Welding Department: On or about June 27, 2024, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards, in that the employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces were maintained free of loose equipment cables, such as but not limited to, cords from welding machines and power tools, while employees conducted work related activities.
