OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by semi-trucks:  a) On or about June 24, 2024, on the north side of the jobsite, an employee was attempting to remove a glad hand lock device from the air pressure line on a semi-truck while the semi-truck was moved.
