This exposed the employee to fall hazards. This was documented on or about 6/27/2024.

29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: At a residential worksite located at 1325 22nd St, St. Joseph MO -- employee engaged in tree trimming from a vehicle mounted bucket and an employee working from the ground picking up limbs and branches were not wearing head protection. This exposed the employees to struck by hazards in that tree limbs and/or branches or other debris could fall causing head injury. This was documented on or about 6/27/2024.
