29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At the jobsite located at 3208 Arbor Sound Drive, Lees Summit, MO 64082: An employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 6' without any means of fall protection. The employee was preparing to install the gable end of a new residential construction.
