29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was six (6) feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 24, 2024, on the upper level of a single level building, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing decking work activities from a work level that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below.
