29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. Electrical Distribution Room 5: On and/or before June 27th, 2024, the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel was clear. The circuit breaker panel had multiple toolboxes and equipment obstructing the panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s). Federal Aviation Administration was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1614260, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 25311 Aero Way, Torrance, CA 90505.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times. Environmental SSC Office: On and/or before June 27th, 2024, multiple ceiling panel(s) in the environmental SSC office was missing. This condition would delay the activation of the sprinkler system(s) preventing a proper fire/smoke barrier and restricting the movement of smoke in accordance with NFPA 101 8.5.1. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire and smoke inhalation hazard(s).
