29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection. a) On June 26, 2024, at Lot#1234 Baker Landing Rd., Lewes, De 19956 - Employees were exposed to fall hazards over 10 feet while conducting framing activities without using fall protection. The Anna Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1655945, citation number 01002, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/06/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1 at the Acadia Landing development in Lewes, DE.
