29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) Residential home/Roof, located at Lot #12 in 9165 Golfview Ln, Covington, GA 30014 : On or about 6/11/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that eye protections were provided to employees using pneumatic nail guns at 120 PSI while engaged in roofing activities.
