OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards: a) 1227 Greene Street SILVERTON, CO 81433: On or about June 27, 2024, and at times prior, employees were allowed to work under a PFLOW model 21 vertical reciprocating conveyor to clear debris and access stock. Working under an unsupported platform may result in crushed-by, caught-between, or fatal injuries in the event the platform was lowered.

Skin and eye exposure to chemicals in the employer's workplace may result in serious eye damage and severe skin burns.
