29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. (a) 3529 Old Philadelphia Pike, Intercourse, PA By Candle Light Shop - On or about July 1, 2024, the electrical junction box located above the candle making area was missing a faceplate. Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. Corrected during the inspection, no abatement certification or documentation required.
