On or about June 26, 2024, at Deep Blue Operating Poe Well #2 in Martin County, TX, the employer did not ensure MCC building components, including the exterior electrical box, were lockout or tagged out prior to employees working on/ testing energized conductors or circuit parts and exposed them to electrical hazards.
