29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee was exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who used personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: a) Job site, 8199 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about July 1, 2024, prior to performing HVAC related activities on a roof where an approximate 20 foot fall hazard existed, the employer did not ensure that an employee had received fall protection training.
