29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about July 2, 2024, in the warehouse, the employer failed to ensure an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when employees are engaged in a service and/or maintenance task, such as greasing and changing parts to include but not limited to vacuum nipple, cup, hose, & chamber on the FANUC, Robot Wrist, S-420iF, Serial #2231359, thereby exposing employees to fractures, and/or amputation hazards.
