29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)	On and before July 2, 2024, and at time prior, CAC Construction LLC. the exposing employer, did not ensure that its employees with were protected from injury, in that two employees working on the top plate securing roof trusses on the second level of a new residential home were not wearing fall harnesses; however, the harnesses were available in the company vehicle. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than 20 feet.  (b)	On and before July 2, 2024, and at time prior, CAC Construction LLC. the exposing employer, did not ensure that its employees with were protected from injury, in that two employees working on the second floor were leaning out of a wall opening, without an installed window, on the second level of a new residential home without fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than 10 feet in height.
