29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about July 2, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations twelve (12) feet five(5) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. The Manuel Guaman Dba MMG Remodeling Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1452182, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-15-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 8515 Fairfield Ln., Tinley Park, IL 60487.
