29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).   a- 113/115/117/119/121/123 Ada Hightower Boulevard, Pennington NJ:  Company workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet 5 inches, when walking and working at and near unprotected edges, sides, and floor openings while not using fall protection.  These unprotected edges, sides, and floor opernings were located on the second floor of a residential structure whose floor was being sheathed and framed by the workers and Foreman.  These workers and their worksite Foreman were not trained on fall protection means and methods as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i) through (viii).  Condition noted on or about 07/02/24.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
