Fourteen employees were performing roofing activities from the sloped roof of a three-story building without the use of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet.   a) 400 block of Aaron's Way Chester, PA - Five employees working on the roof of a third-story residential building without fall protection.  b) 500 block of 5th St. Chester, PA - Three employees working on the roof of a third-story residential building without fall protection.   Exxon Development Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1759534, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 113, 115, 117, 119, 121, 123 Ada Hightower Boulevard in Pennington NJ.
