29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  SunDate Facility: On and/or about July 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure that elastomeric respirator users were medically evaluated to ensure the safety of respirator usage. This condition may exacerbate an underlying medical condition.

This condition/lack of knowledge potentially exposes employees to the exacerbation of underlying respiratory illnesses.
