29 CFR  1917.26(d)(1):At least one Stokes basket stretcher, or its equivalent, was not available for each vessel being worked.  (a) on or about 06-25-2024 and at times prior thereto  workers on the docks and boats were exposed to musculoskeletal injuries , due to improper patient handling in that a stretcher was not available for transporting an injured worker.
