OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards related to painting, handling, and sanding a MVM 38KV Skid. On or about July 2, 2024, at the facility located at N11474 State Road 110, Marion, Wisconsin; employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards while working in the fall shadow of an 83" tall x 199" wide x 6.25" deep metal skid (Part No: MVM 38 KV) while transporting the part on a metal cart for painting, handling, and sanding.
