29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer shall have each employee who is involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question. The training shall include the following topics, as applicable: On or about July 3, 2024, at an establishment located at 249 North Lake Street in Neenah, Wisconsin: an employee was operating JLG scissor lift 880530 (Model: 2630ES, Serial: 0200154678) without being trained by the employer prior to operation.
