29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about July 3, 2024, in the workshop, employees were exposed to fire, deflagration, and/or explosion hazards where dust accumulated on the walls and production floor in the following instances: a) Employees worked near accumulated wood dust while using a DeWalt XPS miter saw. b) Employees worked near accumulated wood dust while using a Cantek table saw.

29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids, or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) On or about July 3, 2024, inside the workshop near the Assembling Area, an employee utilized a Mikita Brushless Drill to drill holes into cabinet parts without appropriate eye or face protection.
