29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a. On or about July 03, 2024, at the site: employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards, in that the warehouse was not kept clean and orderly due to cardboard boxes, merchandise, wheelchairs, motor scooters, and forklifts hand-trucks parked in the walkway across the floor.
