29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1. At the temporary jobsite located at 7312 Bond St. Shawnee, Kansas, employees engaged in dry cutting on concrete utilizing Stihl Cutquick Cart; Model: TS 700 walk behind circular saw, were exposed to silica hazards. The employer failed to implement engineering and work practice controls as outlined in Table 1 to reduce employee exposure to silica dust.
