At the temporary jobsite located at 7312 Bond St. Shawnee, Kansas, employees engaged in dry cutting on concrete utilizing Stihl Cutquick Cart; Model: TS 700 walk behind circular saw, were exposed to silica hazards. The employer failed to implement engineering and work practice controls as outlined in Table 1 to reduce employee exposure to silica dust.
