29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) 9407 Muddy Run Rd, Orrstown, PA 17244 an employee was performing residential construction activities, were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20-feet and were not utilizing acceptable means or methods of fall protection, on or about July 8, 2024. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a) 9407 Muddy Run Rd, Orrstown, PA 17244 - employees were exposed to struck-by hazards to the eyes while performing roofing work, as the employees were operating a pneumatic air nailer without eye protection, on or about July 8, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
