29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the  floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided:  a) 14 East Main Street, Lititz, PA 17543 - Kitchen: On or about July 9, 2024, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards associated with the accumulation of water on the floors of the kitchen and dishwashing area. Drainage was maintained, however, areas of water accumulation were present and drainage mats and/or slip-resistant footwear was not implemented and required by the employer.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
