29 CFR  1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure to noise equaled or exceeded the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program.  a) 6439 Deere Road, Syracuse, NY 13206, Line 1: On or about 7/23/2024, an operator, working at the Hasko Belts, was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 310.3% of the OSHA permissible exposure limit, during 472 minutes of monitoring.   The equivalent dBA for 310.3% dose is approximately 98.17 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.  b) 6439 Deere Road, Syracuse, NY 13206, Line 1: On or about 7/23/2024, an operator, working on the moulder, was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 266.34% of the OSHA permissible exposure limit, during 473 minutes of monitoring.   The equivalent dBA for 266.34% dose is approximately 97.07 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.  c) 6439 Deere Road, Syracuse, NY 13206, Line 2: On or about 7/23/2024, an operator, working on OSI 2, was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 282.9% of the OSHA permissible exposure limit, during 469 minutes of monitoring.   The equivalent dBA for 282.9% dose is approximately 97.5 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.  d) 6439 Deere Road, Syracuse, NY 13206, Line 2: On or about 7/23/2024, an operator, working on OSI 1, was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 276.31% of the OSHA permissible exposure limit, during 476 minutes of monitoring.   The equivalent dBA for 276.31% dose is approximately 97.33 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.  e) 6439 Deere Road, Syracuse, NY 13206, Line 2: On or about 7/23/2024, an operator, working on the planer, was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 269.66% of the OSHA permissible exposure limit, during 464 minutes of monitoring.   The equivalent dBA for 269.66% dose is approximately 97.16 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.  f) 6439 Deere Road, Syracuse, NY 13206, Line 2: On or about 7/23/2024, an operator, working on the Nortech grinder, was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 178.53% of the OSHA permissible exposure limit, during 475 minutes of monitoring.  The equivalent dBA for 178.53% dose is approximately 94.18 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.
