29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.   a) Warehouse/Aisles - On or about July 09, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that all passageways were maintained in a clean and orderly conditions when debris, plastics and papers were observed on the aisles and floor of walking/working surfaces.   b) Warehouse/Charging Station - On or about July 09, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that all passageways were maintained in a clean and orderly conditions when the charging station for the power industrial trucks was observed to have paper, debris and a charging ports on the floor of walking/working surfaces.
