29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about July 10, 2024, on multiple structures of the project site; employee(s) worked without adequate fall protection while performing framing operations at heights greater than six (6) feet above the ground.  a) Structure #1: On the southside of the jobsite, an employee was on top of a roof frame without proper fall protection at heights above six (6) feet.  b) Structure #2: On the westside of the jobsite, an employee was on top of a roof frame without proper fall protection at heights above six (6) feet.  c) Structure #3: On the northside of the jobsite, employee(s) worked near an unprotected edge without proper fall protection at heights above six (6) feet.
