29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: On or about July 9, 2024, at 1305 53rd Street, West Palm Beach, Florida, an employee voluntarily using a 3M N95 respirator was exposed to potential respiratory hazards while cutting wood due to not being provided information contained in Appendix D of the 29 CFR 1910.134 standard.
