29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: On July 3, 2024, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee who sustained work-related injuries as the result of a fall from the second level of a car hauling transportation trailer, within 24 hours. Injuries sustained included, but were not limited to, a broken left arm, wrists, head laceration, and back injuries.
