29 CFR  1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the platforms were not nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement:  a) On or about July 11, 2024, at the worksite, 2005 E Genesee St Syracuse, NY 13210:  Employees were working on a ladder jack scaffold with a platform that was overlapped with another platform to lengthen the scaffold.  The employer failed to ensure the overlapping platform was secured to prevent displacement.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 16 feet.
