29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about June 21, 2024, employees engaged in material handling and storage in the attic mezzanine area of PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC located at 4603 South 72nd Street, Omaha, NE were exposed to trip and fall hazards in that the employer did not conduct regular inspections of the floor condition and repair unsafe conditions including but not limited to uneven walking surfaces.
