29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: In the facility at 59 Dwight St. Hatfield, MA: On or about July 11, 2024, employees were exposed to MERIT� 75% WSP (13463-67-7), and XCU 43-0-0 SGN 250 BULK, which contain hazardous chemicals such as Imidacloprid (138261-41-3), Polyurethane (9009-54-5) and Sulfur (7704-34-9) and the products were not included in a current chemical inventory list cross referenced to the appropriate Safety Data Sheet of the products.
