29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 346 East St., Easthampton, MA: On or about July 11, 2024, employees were observed working on a residential structure engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 9 feet above the ground below and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. J Nugra Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1662139, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 05/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Bliss Rd., Newport, RI.
