29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):The floor of each work area was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, dry condition. A) 6000 Riverside Dr. Keasbey, NJ FedEx Ground/Trailer - Boxes transported via a conveyor system were wet and created a slippery condition inside the trailer. An employee was standing on a floor panel inside the trailer and slipped due to the wet condition. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards. Condition occurred on or about 6/30/24.
