29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:(a) 1702 145th street, Lubbock, TX employees using an A-frame ladder as straight while performing framing work on a residential construction project. On or about July 11, 2024, at residential construction site, employees were performing framing task from 6-foot A frame ladders in a manner in which they were not designed.
