OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employee(s) in that employees were  exposed to struck-by, fire, and ozone exposure hazards associated with operation of an ASME pressure vessel:    (a) Line 5 (L5), Clearwater Technologies CD-6000 Ozone System and Contact Vessel: On or prior to July 8, 2024 at the Adirondack Beverages Corp, 701 Corporation Park, Glenville, NY, the L5 contact vessel, serial no. PM-89-123, National Board serial no. 96, was in operation since 2004 without regular inspections and with multiple welded repairs.  On July 8, 2024,  an employee working in bottling production employee was exposed to ozone when the Line 5 (L5) contact vessel leaked ozonated water through a failed weld at the rear of the tank.
