29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about July 12, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a portable handheld power saw was not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about July 12, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations, thirteen (13) feet eight (8) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about July 12, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, the ladder used to gain access to the roof did not extend at least three (3) feet above the roof's surface, thereby exposing an employee to fall hazards.
