29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about July 12, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  TENESACA BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1594018, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-23-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 411 Lamont Terr. Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.  TENESACA BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1530395, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-21-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6722 W. 63rd St. Chicago, IL 60638.

On or about June 12, 2024, at the jobsite located at 14435 Woodlawn Dr. Orland Park, Illinois, the employer did not maintain records or certification of fall protection training for employees exposed to fall hazards.
