29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Jobsite - On or about June 6, 2024, employees framing the roof in front of the house approximately 20 feet above the ground were not protected from falling by personal fall arrest systems.
