29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Building #3, Lift Basket: On or about July 11, 2024, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards while working from Haulotte HT67 RTJO #10436087 Aerial Lift Basket, in that the employees were not provided with a lanyard to attach to the anchor points provided in the basket while they conducting new multifamily residential exterior painting and caulking activities.
