29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) Lot #77,Top plate: On or about 7/15/2024 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8-feet to the lower 2nd floor level, in that a proper ladder was not provided to access/egress the top plate while engaged in framing activities. Employees were required to climb the framed walls to reach the working level.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) Lot  #77, Top plate: On or about 7/15/2024 the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that the use of eye protection was not enforced or provided as employees used these tools set to 150 PSI.  Leonel Garcia Flores DBA Framing Solutions & Crane Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1454524, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/22/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6461 Crosscreek Lane Lot 65q Flowery Branch, GA 30542.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) Lot 77, Top plate:  On or about 7/15/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 27-feet, 6-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities. Leonel Garcia Flores DBA Framing Solutions & Crane Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1454524, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/22/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6461 Crosscreek Lane, Lot 65Q, Flowery Branch, Ga.
