29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge.  a) Door exiting the hallway behind the kitchen: on or about  July 10, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the exit door is locked with a keycode lock.  b) Door exiting the storage room (Pok� room): On or about July 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the exit door is locked and does not have push-bar capability.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(i): Work space was less than 30 inches wide in front of electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less:  a) Back room used for storage (Pok� room):  On or about  July 10, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure electrical panels were not blocked by assorted storage including a tool chest.  b) Manager's office: On or about  July 10, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure electrical panels were not blocked by assorted storage including boxes and floor fan.
