29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):  Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):   a) 1598 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603, Shirts Department, Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting dry cleaning operations, as a brown flexible power cord was being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure to power a fan, on or about July 16, 2024.  b) 1598 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603, Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting dry cleaning operations, as a flexible power cord was being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure near the dryers to power a light, on or about July 16, 2024.   c) 1598 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603, Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting dry cleaning operations, as a flexible power cord was being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure in Shirts Department. The orange flexible power cord, zip tied to the overhead clothing racks, is plugged into the receptacle above an exterior door and is used daily to power personal electronic devices, on or about March 21, 2024.   d) 1598 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603, Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting dry cleaning operations, as a flexible power cord was being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure in Shirts Department.
